- In the email, please include photos of the windows in question, including the dimensions in centimeters.
- Also the address details and telephone number.
- You indicate your preference: color, slat size, tilt rod or clearview, etc.
- We will then prepare a quote for you and send it back to your email address immediately.
- If you’re satisfied with our quote, we’ll schedule a measurement appointment. We’ll visit you at a time convenient for you to take your measurements. There’s no charge for this.
- We will prepare a quote based on our measurements and your preferences.
- If you agree to the quote, we ask for a deposit.
- Once we have received your deposit, you will receive a confirmation from us.
- We then prepare the construction drawings and send them to our factory so that your order can be put into production.
- We will notify you as soon as your shutters are prepared for transport to the Netherlands.
- As soon as the shutters are delivered to our warehouse, we will call you to schedule an installation appointment, or a collection appointment if you are doing the installation yourself.
